Cancellation and Refund Policies

Below you’ll find our full policy on event cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds — straight-up and transparent, just how we do things at Riverside.

Refund Policy

Event Ticket Sales Refund Policy:

1. All Ticket Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure you are able to attend the event before purchasing your ticket.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, venue issues, etc.), ticket holders will be offered:

  • A full refund, OR
  • The option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date.

If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 15 days of the announcement.

3. Weather Policy
  • This event is rain-or-shine.
  • In the case of severe weather that makes the event unsafe or impossible to hold, please refer to our cancellation policy above.
4. No-Shows

Refunds will not be issued to ticket holders who do not attend the event.

Riverside – Cancellation & Refund Policy:

General Policy

Riverside is a rain-or-shine event. Due to the extensive planning, logistics, and limited space, the following cancellation and refund policy is in place for all participants, including vendors, and vehicle owners.

Vendor Cancellations
  • Cancellations received 30 days or more before the event: Eligible for a full refund, minus processing fees.
  • Cancellations received 15–29 days before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received less than 15 days before the event: Non-refundable.
Vehicle Registration Cancellations
  • Withdrawals 15 days or more before the event: Full refund available upon written request, minus processing fees.
  • Withdrawals less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be issued, except in cases of emergency, subject to review.
Event Cancellation by Organizer

If Riverside is canceled due to weather, public safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances:

  • Riverside will reschedule the event. All payments (tickets) will be applied to the new event date.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, partial or full refunds may be issued at the discretion of the organizers.
How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please email us with:

  • Your full name/business name
  • Proof of payment
  • Reason for cancellation

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
