Vendor Opportunities for Riverside 11 Weekend: Auto Gallery, Outta Luck Market, and Food Truck Fest

Riverside 11 is built around one idea: pack the weekend with the most interesting vehicles, brands, food, and people we can fit into one place. If you’re a business, builder, shop, artist, or food vendor, this is the application window to be part of it.

Vendor registration is now open across three areas:

  1. America’s Finest Auto Gallery (automotive vendors)
  2. Outta Luck Market & Bike Show (artists, makers, resellers, small brands)
  3. Food Truck Fest (food, desserts, coffee, treats)

Spots are limited. Registration closes early March. Vendor replies may take 2–3 weeks.

1. America’s Finest Auto Gallery: Automotive Vendors

Riverside is dedicated to curating the most diverse and distinctive examples of automotive culture in one place, with style as the priority. The Auto Gallery is where brands, shops, teams, builders, and collectors sit inside the core of the event and create the environment people travel for.

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for vendors who help build an atmosphere that sparks something in every automotive enthusiast.

Riverside welcomes:

  • Local businesses and independent brands
  • Small and large automotive companies
  • Performance shops and specialty services
  • Grassroots and professional motorsports teams/shops
  • Collectors, builders, and manufacturers
  • Retailers, media, and adjacent culture brands

If your booth improves the experience and your presence adds to the story of the weekend, you belong here.

Vendor Support and Perks

Auto Gallery vendors are supported with logistics and access designed to make the weekend smoother:

  • Support vehicle / truck & trailer parking
  • Staff badges
  • Access to exclusive events from Thursday through Sunday
  • On-site structure that keeps vendors close to the action

Booth Options and Pricing

Option #1 — $600

  • 10×10’ booth with elbow room
  • 2 booth vehicle spaces included
  • 3 vendor passes included
  • Approximately 300–400 sq ft total footprint

Option #2 — $900

  • 10×20’ booth with elbow room
  • 3 booth vehicle spaces included
  • 4 vendor passes included
  • Approximately 500–600 sq ft total footprint

Option #3 — $1,200

  • 10×40’ or 20×20’ tent or trailer
  • 4 booth vehicle spaces included
  • 5 vendor passes included
  • Support truck and trailer parking included

Auto Gallery Schedule

Day One — Friday, March 20, 2026

The Rehearsal, presented by Okeydoke

  • Vendor setup: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Gates: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Free entry begins at 6:00 PM)

Day Two — Saturday, March 21, 2026

Riverside 11 Main Event

  • Vendor setup: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Gates: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pass required all day)

2.Outta Luck Market & Bike Show: Vendors, Artists, Makers

Outta Luck is the all-new market and bike show built for the people who bring the interesting stuff—objects, art, apparel, one-offs, and the kind of products you don’t see at normal events. It’s surrounded by custom motorcycles and unique vehicles, overlooking Chattanooga’s favorite Finley Stadium, beside the historic First Horizon Pavilion.

It’s a different energy than the Auto Gallery: more discovery, more browsing, more surprises.

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for:

  • Vendors and resellers
  • Collectors and curators
  • Makers and builders
  • Artists and designers
  • Local brands and small businesses
  • Anyone selling or showing things that people actually want to stop for

Outta Luck Schedule

Day One — Friday, March 20, 2026

  • Load-in: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Gates: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Free entry begins at 6:00 PM)

Day Two — Saturday, March 21, 2026

  • Setup: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Open to public: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pass required all day)

Food Truck Fest: Two Days of the Best in Chattanooga

Riverside 11 includes Chattanooga’s best two-day Food Truck Fest, and we’re building a lineup that reflects real variety. The goal is a diverse mix of:

  • Full meals and specialties
  • Desserts
  • Coffee
  • Treats and grab-and-go options

All are welcome to apply. Limited spots available.

What to Expect (Operations and Requirements)

Food vendors will have assigned parking to help ensure strong foot traffic across the lineup. Vendors must:

  • Provide their own power needs
  • Provide a fire extinguisher
  • Register with Finley Stadium and the Fire Marshal

When you apply, include:

  • Availability
  • Accurate dimensions of your vehicle/booth
  • Customer window side (if applicable)
  • Photos of your setup
  • Your logo

Food vendors receive:

  • Staff badges
  • Support vehicle parking passes

Food Truck Fest Schedule

Day One — Friday, March 20, 2026

  • Setup: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  • Open to public: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Free entry begins at 6:00 PM)

Day Two — Saturday, March 21, 2026

  • Setup: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Open to public: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pass required all day)
